Delivery

Our local delivery service covers a 20-mile radius of the New Forest. We deliver feed, bedding, haylage and equine essentials direct to your door.

For clothing, equipment and care products, we offer national delivery across the UK via courier — and anything available via courier can also be added to your local delivery order.

Simply give us a call on 01425 201301 and one of our team will take your order over the phone. We aim to build a regular weekly relationship with our local customers — once you're set up, we'll be in touch each week to confirm your requirements.

Orders need to be placed by midday on Friday to be included in the following week's delivery round. Your delivery day will be confirmed when you place your first order.

We'll always try to fit you in and will make special deliveries if you're stuck!

During our launch period (June, July and August 2026), local delivery is free on all orders over £150 — our 3 for FREE offer. After the launch period, delivery is £4.99 on orders under £150.

Due to the weight and volume involved, feed and bedding are only available through our local delivery service. National delivery via courier covers clothing, equipment, supplements and care products.

Yes — our full range of clothing, equipment, supplements and care products is available to order at newforestcountrystore.co.uk with national delivery. For feed and bedding, please call us on 01425 201301 to place your order.

Yes — we love nothing more than becoming your regular yard supplier. Once your account is set up, we'll call you each week to take your order and make sure you never run short.

Absolutely. Our team can take card payments securely over the phone when you place your delivery order.

Click & Collect

From July 2026, click and collect is available from our Ringwood store:

Mon–Sat: 8:30am–5:30pm  |  Sun: 10:00am–2:00pm

You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready — normally within 2 hours of placing it. Please bring your order confirmation or order number when you collect.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you have 28 days from receipt to return unused, unworn items in their original packaging. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.

Feed and bedding can only be returned if the packaging is completely unopened, undamaged, and the product is within date. Please call us on 01425 201301 to arrange this.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@newforestcountrystore.co.uk or on 01425 201301. We'll sort it out promptly at no cost to you.

Products & Brands

We stock a growing range of leading equestrian and country brands including Rhinegold, Harlequin, Equidry, NAF, Red Gorilla, and our own brand Reinforest Equestrian — with more being added all the time.

Yes. For safety reasons, riding hats and body protectors purchased in our Ringwood store are fitted in person and cannot be returned once worn. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Reinforest Equestrian is our very own equestrian clothing brand — a fresh, modern take on equestrian style with a country and lifestyle edge. Available online and in store from July 2026.

We're a New Forest business. Our delivery operation is based in the New Forest, Hampshire, and our retail and click-and-collect store opens in Ringwood in July 2026.
